Newcastle-Under-Lyme (Home Based)

Home based with some travel to Newcastle-Under-Lyme.

We are looking for an organised and proactive Data Administrator to join our newly formed procurement team on a fixed term 12-month contract (may extend to 18 months).

If you are a detailed-orientated individual who enjoys working with data and people, we’d love to hear from you!

It’s a small team so we are looking for the right person who lives by our values of "people first". Ideally you will be an enthusiastic people person, have excellent communication skills and IT literate. You will be passionate about making a difference and helping the Procurement team to have accurate data on current contracts and supplier information. In this position, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining contracts register and supplier details on the procurement software. Creating reports based on the system data, spot checks on data accuracy and ensuring execution of contracts. The ideal candidate will be IT literate, have strong attention to detail and excel in building relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
