Search have partnered with a multi-million turnover business recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk in Newcastle-Under-LymE on a full-time, permanent basis.
You will work within a finance team of 8 supporting Purchase Ledger including - Stock invoice PO's, multi-currency ledger management for the Purchase Ledger invoices.
Key responsibilities include:
* Processing multi-currency invoices and credit notes
* GRNI for cash-flow
* Managing ledgers, reconciling stock & goods invoices (sometimes 10-20 per day, sometimes large invoices with thousands of lines).
* Updating payments.
* Using Sage & Excel manage PO's and invoices.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Solid Purchase Ledger background
* Experience with multi-currency & stock purchase orders (POs) / GRNI - (advantageous)
* Strong Excel skills
* Comfortable handling high-volume transactions & complex stock invoicing.
* A keen problem-solver
