One of our award winning clients in the automotive industry is looking for a Marketing Exec to join in an exciting role.

The business has 2 locations in the midlands and this role is hybrid (2/3 days a week in the office)

You will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of marketing activity including events, new business sales process, development of new products, target market analysis, brand identity, lead nurturing, PR and creative supplier collaboration.

Understanding that the business exists in a dynamic market where change is an everyday fact of life you will be determined to ensure that the business communicates effectively and always professionally and to a high standard with the target audience, contributing to providing a compelling case to engage the company.

Key responsibilities:

  • Understand the needs/perceptions of the core target audience and the wider fleet market and translate into, and support, a high performing marketing and PR strategy for the business.
  • Identify cost effective opportunities for the business to promote itself across the marketing mix.
  • Develop a structured consistent marketing plan including but not limited to areas such as: o Social Media o Webinars o Trade press o Direct Mail o Lead Generation o Events o Website/Google o Client interaction o Product showcases o Digital marketing
  • Engage with and manage third party agents to fulfil the PR, marketing, and social media plan, and keep workflows and reporting up to date.
  • Events seek out cost effective and worthwhile events to be attended and worked into the marketing plan. Manage events through from beginning to end including budget management.
  • Communications own the creation of internal and external communications representing the marketing brand guidelines.
  • Award entries and speaker events seek out and control the end to end process of worthwhile award entries and speaker opportunities to promote the businesses offering effectively.
