Our client is looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager with a proven track record in both strategic thinking and digital marketing expertise. In this key role, you will be responsible for shaping our marketing strategy, boosting the client's online presence, and driving measurable growth. Key Responsibilities:

As the Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Develop, execute, and optimise multi-channel marketing strategies, focusing on both digital and traditional channels to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Lead and manage a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including SEO, PPC, eCommerce, and social media campaigns to increase traffic, leads, and sales.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify key trends, customer behaviors, and emerging opportunities, and integrate findings into actionable marketing plans.
  • Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and tracking performance through KPIs and metrics.
  • Oversee all aspects of website performance, conversion optimisation, and the customer journey to enhance eCommerce results.
  • Collaborate closely with the product, sales, and data teams to ensure campaigns are targeted, personalised, and effective.
  • Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities using analytics tools, ensuring constant improvement and ROI maximisation.
  • Lead market segmentation efforts to identify new opportunities and refine existing customer strategies.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and advancements in digital marketing technologies and methodologies.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Hands-on experience with PPC, SEO, Maento and Ecommerce
  • Strong experience in market research, trend analysis, and customer segmentation to inform strategy.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role
