My client is a thriving and well-established design and manufacturing business, currently experiencing strong periods of growth.
They are currently seeking a Sales Support expert to manage contracts and develop customer relations by supporting the sales team.
Duties:
- Choose and implement a CRM system,
- Support the sales team in using the CRM system so they have a full understanding on its use.
- Support the promotion of company products
- Manage and follow up customers quotations
- Grow and maintain aftermarket sales
- Liaise with the customer and offer customer support
- Manage customer contracts and queries
Requirements
- The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM systems and be able to maximise CRM to it's fullest capacity
- A good understanding of the concept of successful sales and marketing
- Effective communication skills are essential together with the ability to work under pressure and to arranged deadlines
