About The Role

As a professional Residential Care Practitioner you will ensure residents are comfortable, supported and getting the most out of life by following the individual care plan. Working in a small team you will need to use your judgement and make recommendations should you feel circumstances have changed and could impact the required care plan.

You will ensure the safety and safe guarding of residents at all times, identifying, assessing and highlighting any risks that may impact this. You will support our residents, ensuring their mental health is in the best shape it can be providing emotional support where needed. You will provide personal care where required and ensure the resident is comfortable.

About You

To deliver all of this, you will be passionate about care, you will work with our residents, build relationships and understand their needs enabling you to deliver the best care possible. Taking part in multiple activities including cooking, movie nights and teaching life skills this is one of the most rewarding roles you will find.

Working Patterns

Working patterns are 24 hour shifts. A standard working week is Two shifts on, Four off.

Locations

We have 5 propeties accross the Stoke area and are currently recruiting for staff accross al of these properties.

This role involves working with young people. Safeguarding of those in your care is our priority. All members of staff will be subject to vigorous reference checking and will be subject to full DBS checking before work can commence.
