In this role, you will support our customer service department by handling administrative tasks, responding to customer enquiries, and assisting with day-to-day operations to ensure a positive customer experience. This position is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely information.Data Entry: Input and update customer information and transaction details in our CRM and other relevant systems.Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate team member for resolution.Documentation: Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, noting details and following up as necessary.Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties and supporting the wider team. Requirements:
  • Prior experience in customer service, administration, or a related role preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
  • A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Able to commit to a temporary assignment with flexibility in working hours as required.
