Are you an engineer with experience in electro-mechanical assembling looking to join a well-established company that offers an early Friday finish, enhanced pension and Private Medical Insurance?

This company has been established for 3 decades and in 2022 was bought out by a multinational company in the electrical engineering industry. With newfound investment, this company are constantly growing in headcount and securing key contracts in the defence and aerospace industry.

This role will see the suitable candidate communicate knowledgably with colleagues, suppliers and customers regarding projects and issues to ensure deadlines are met. You will be expected to draw and model documents in 2D and 3D AutoCAD, provide support to the RoM process, pricing materials, labour and component costs to maximise the efficiency of projects.

The Role:

• Monday - Thursday 8 - 4:30 Friday 8 - 12:30
• Work co-operatively with engineering department when needed in any required activity to assist the business
• Be streamlined and logical with all documents and processes associated with a project
• Be innovative in projects to ensure the upmost efficiency to keep costs down and increase productivity
• Design and model using AutoCAD, Solid Edge, Catia (software specific training available)
• Travel globally as required to attend project and design meetings

The Person:

• Experience in a electro mechanical assembly environment
• Experience in an engineering role
• Security cleared - British Citizen
