Job Purpose
- Play a key role in leading the audit team and delivering exceptional service to clients
- Manage and oversee audit engagements from planning through to completion, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of auditors, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work
- Identify and address audit issues proactively, offering solutions that add value to clients
- Contribute to the development and implementation of audit strategies, helping to drive the growth and success of the firm
- Manage budgets and ensure audit projects are completed on time and within scope

The Successful Applicant
- ACCA or ACA qualified with impressive experience in UK practice
- Demonstrable experience supervising junior staff and working at manager level
- Strong track record in managing a varied portfolio of clients and overseeing audit assignments
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly proficient using MS Office, Sage, Caseware and other relevant software
- Self-motivated, reliable and eager to progress
- A strong work ethic, time management and organisational skills
- Proactive problem solver with a keen eye for detail
- Able to work confidently with Senior Managers and Partners
- Strong commercial acumen with a drive to support business development
