Your Role:

As an IFA Administrator, you'll be integral to the client service process, providing essential support to our financial advisers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and submitting new business applications, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations.
  • Managing client records, maintaining accurate data on our CRM system, and handling all related documentation.
  • Liaising with product providers to obtain information and ensure smooth processing of financial transactions.
  • Assisting with client reviews and preparing documentation for meetings.
  • Supporting the wider team with any administrative duties that keep the business running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in a similar IFA administration role, ideally within a wealth management or financial planning environment.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products such as pensions, investments, and protection.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive mindset, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering first-class client service.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software and a good grasp of FCA regulations.
