A Multi Trade Operative position is available with a well-established housing association in Staffordshire.
The role involves conducting reactive maintenance on social housing properties, including emergency and routine repairs.
Candidates should have experience in a core trade such as Plastering or Plumbing and a clean driving license.
The salary for this position is £34,000 annually after 3 months, along with a van and fuel card.
Social housing experience and excellent communication skills are also required for this role.

I am currently looking for a Multi Trade Operative to join an well established housing associations in the Staffordshire area. This Multi Trade Operative will be expected to carry out reactive maintenance on social housing properties.

The duties of the Multi Trade Operative will include:

Conducting reactive repairs within customers homes
Dealing with emergency repairs
Routine repairs
Responding to prearranged repair appointments
Using a wide range of trades on a day to day basis

As a Multi Trade Operative we need you to have:

Experience in a core trade of Plastering or Plumbing
Driving licence (clean)
Excellent communication skills and a customer focus
Social housing experience
