- Owning a caseload of insurance claims across a multi-client team
- Being available to field calls from customers, clients and suppliers.
- Being responsible for the pivotal part of the customer journey regarding their insurance claim
- Engaging with clients, customers, and suppliers via an omni channel approach which includes email, phone, and our bespoke messaging service
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous Insurance industry experience (Household) - desirable but not essential
- Good IT skills with the ability to use multiple systems (Microsoft, bespoke packages)
- Good communication skills
- Good organisation skills
