- Conducting internal claims reviews (electronic and file-based) to assess and provide independent assurance that the claim risk management, governance, and internal control processes are operating effectively throughout the end-to-end lifecycle of the claim.
- Carrying out all the aspects of internal case and dispute reviews in line with direction from the Senior Auditor.
- Preparing and presenting reports (verbal and written) that reflect the results and findings of dispute reviews, following Company values in a professional, clear and concise manner.
- Maintaining open communication with management and auditees
- Excellent knowledge of insurance products and claims function.
- Knowledge of FCA complaints handling regulations
- Knowledge of FOS referrals
- Ability to discuss claims in depth and provide detailed updates as/when required
