Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to Financial Advisers
- Manage client communications, ensuring high levels of service and professionalism
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and paperwork
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to enhance client experience
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in financial services, ideally an IFA Firm but a Provider background will be considered
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A client-focused mindset with excellent communication abilities
- Proactive and eager to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
