NJR are working with a Wealth Management firm who are seeking an ambitious IFA Administrator to join their dynamic ever-growing business. This IFA Administrator will play a key role in supporting Financial Advisors and ensuring a seamless client journey. They will be responsible for handling client interactions, managing administrative tasks, and assisting in financial planning processes. Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to Financial Advisers
  • Manage client communications, ensuring high levels of service and professionalism
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and paperwork
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to enhance client experience

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in financial services, ideally an IFA Firm but a Provider background will be considered
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A client-focused mindset with excellent communication abilities
  • Proactive and eager to learn
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
