Description
The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing team with the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring that all promotional activities align with the company's brand ambitions and overarching strategic objectives.
The Marketing Coordinator will manage the delivery of marketing projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies, and co-ordinate content creation, social media, and email marketing efforts to drive customer engagement and increase brand visibility through organised and effective marketing campaigns.
- Campaign Management: Assist the marketing team with the planning, co-ordination, and execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including email, direct mail, SEO, PR, TV, and radio.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to develop compelling content for campaigns across various platforms (social media, email, and traditional channels).
- Digital Marketing: Manage and optimise online marketing activities, including SEO efforts, email marketing campaigns, and social media promotions to drive engagement and traffic.
- Traditional Marketing: Support the marketing team with the execution of offline marketing campaigns such as direct mail, TV, and radio campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials.
- PR Coordination: Support public relations efforts, co-ordinating press releases, media outreach, enhancing the relationship with the external PR agency.
- Campaign Analytics: Track, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to make informed decisions and optimise future efforts.
- Budget Management: Control expenditure and manage assigned marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaign delivery whilst remaining within financial limitations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with business goals and brand guidelines.
- Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Co-ordinate with external vendors, media agencies, and design partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all campaign elements.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities to inform campaign strategy and planning.
