This organisation are looking to bring on a talented and confident Payroll Assistant into their welcoming and experienced finance function. As a Payroll Assistant, you will be completing responsibilities that include full end-to-end payroll, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard. Within this role you will work closely with an experienced Payroll Manager who will be on hand to provide support and guidance to you in this position. This organisation cares deeply about their staff and provides the option to work in a flexible hybrid working style.
Skills required- A knowledge of payroll software is beneficial, to come in and hit the ground running.
- Proven experience working in a similar role, with knowledge of the full end-to-end payroll process.
- Have great time management and organisational skills, to enable you to hit a number of tight client deadlines on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Have fantastic communication skills, as you work within a fantastic team but also with the wider business.
