Who are we?
At Hays, our education team collaborates with numerous schools within the Staffordshire Education Authority, providing recruitment and supply services spanning across Stoke-on-Trent, Newcastle-under-Lyme and the Staffordshire Moorlands. We help schools with short-term cover, long-term positions, and permanent vacancies within EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.

What other support do we offer?
We provide confidential career consultations for education professionals, regardless of whether they wish to register with an agency. For those who do register, we actively communicate with schools to represent them and find the right role.
