I am working with a leading architectural firm in Newcastle-under-Lyme seeking a bright and ambitious Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team.

About the Role:

In this role, you will gain valuable experience across all aspects of quantity surveying within the architectural sector. You will be responsible for:

  • Preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents
  • Analysing tenders and negotiating contracts
  • Monitoring project budgets and cost control
  • Identifying and managing project risks
  • Working collaboratively with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals
  • Contributing to the development of strong client relationships

You will be a great fit if you:

  • Have a recent degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
  • Possess excellent numeracy and analytical skills
  • Are a strong communicator with a clear and concise writing style
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel)
  • Have a passion for the construction industry and a desire to learn
  • Are a team player with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Hold a valid full UK Drivers Licence
