Key Responsibilities:

Promote positive behaviour and handle any disruptions in a professional and calm manner.
Liaise with teaching staff and senior leadership to ensure continuity of learning.
Support the pastoral needs of students and contribute to the wider school community.
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in a classroom setting or working with young people is desirable, but not essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and manage students effectively.
A proactive, flexible, and positive attitude towards work.
The ability to remain calm under pressure and manage challenging situations.
A commitment to supporting the school's ethos and promoting a positive learning environment.
A willingness to learn and develop in the role.
