Our dedicated team works closely with the school to provide high-quality support for pupils aged4 to 16with special educational needs, helping them maximize their academic potential.Key Responsibilities:
- Personalized Support: Provide one-on-one assistance to pupils with SEN, ensuring their well-being and promoting their educational progress.
- Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Adaptability: Be flexible and responsive to the varying needs of pupils, celebrating their unique achievements.
- Promote Independence: Encourage social skills development and foster independence in daily activities.
Requirements:
- Teaching Qualification: Possess a recognized teaching qualification
- Experience: Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN is desirable.
- Empathy: Approach each child with patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude.
- Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Safeguarding: Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
