About the Role: Aspire People are working with a well-established secondary school in Newcastle-under-Lyme to recruit a dedicated and reliable Cover Supervisor. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes, ensuring students remain on task, and helping to manage classroom behavior in line with the school's policies. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise classes in the absence of the teacher, ensuring that students are working on the set tasks.
Manage classroom behavior effectively, maintaining a positive learning environment.
Support students individually or in small groups as needed.
Report back to the absent teacher on students' progress and any issues encountered.
Follow school policies and procedures, ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of students at all times.
