Key responsibilities
- Vehicle planning and scheduling
- Taking incoming calls
- Order processing and ticket completion
- To ensure continual review of the days workload as the day progresses
- To answer all customer queries, involving your manager where necessary
- To plan all drivers working on the day
- To ensure empty running is reduced to meet company targets
Position Requirements
- Transport Manager CPC- Highly desirable
- Previous experience using planning systems
- Must have excellent telephone manner
- Excellent customer service skills
Hours
- Monday - Friday 7am-5:30pm
- Every other Saturday 7am - 1pm
- 20 Holidays per year plus standard bank holidays
