Job Description

We are seeking a talented E-Commerce & Magento Specialist to join the dynamic and innovative marketing team of one of our prestigious clients near Keele!

What youll be doing

  • Optimise digital channels including social media for maximum reach and engagement
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical website issues in collaboration with third-party vendors
  • Update and enhance website content to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Develop and implement eCommerce strategies to drive online performance
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns via ESP
  • Overseeing CRM and data management to support business growth
  • Build and maintain content pages to keep the website fresh and engaging
  • Work closely with external development agencies to enhance UX and functionality
  • Support website testing and reporting to drive continuous improvement
  • Use Google Analytics, Clarity, and Looker Studio to monitor, report, and optimise performance

Hours

Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm (flexible)

Pay

£24,000 - £26,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Skills/Experience Required

Essential:

  • A valid UK driving licence
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce strategies and principles
  • Experience in B2B e-commerce or a similar role
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (e.g. Google Shopping)
  • Proficiency in Magento 2
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and CSV file management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of SEO principles (training provided)
