What can you expect from joining a specialist team:

  • an opportunity to dedicate your experience and skills to a vulnerable adults
  • providing day to day support relating to activities, appointments, family contact and much more ideally you will have a driver's license and business insurance
  • being busy engaging and encouraging the service user to take part in activities and form structure
  • providing accurate reports and information to support the development of care plans and goals
  • playing a critical role in the safety and wellbeing of the young person

In ordered to be considered for this post, you must be:

Qualified to minimum SVQ Level 2 in Care or HNC in Social Care (Desirable)
A car driver with access to your own vehicle (ESSENTIAL)
Minimum 1 year UK experience, working within a care setting
