We are working exclusively with a niche business based in the Lingfield area who are seeking a friendly, forward thinking team player to join their bubbly team as a Bookkeeper. This role will be working part time hours of around 20 hours per week, depending on the candidate preference.

Day to day this will be a varied role where you be working closely with an external Accountant and the Operations Manager as the key point of contact for Finance in the business.

Day to day may include:

  • Invoice processing
  • Supporting with Credit Control
  • Purchase Ledger management
  • VAT returns
  • Prepayments and Accruals
  • Bank reconciliation

We are looking for someone with prior experience in a similar Bookkeeper role with excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills as well as intermediate Excel ability.
