£32,974. 29 per annum plus, Van, Power Tools and Overtime

(Plastering / Groundworks / Wet trade / Roofing)

Permanent, Full time, 40 hours a week

We’re looking for Multi Trade Operatives, with a wet trade bias who wants to make a difference and help deliver our purpose of warm, safe and affordable homes for our tenants.

You'll become a valued member of the Centigen repairs and maintenance team, providing a first-class property service delivery to our tenants.

What you’ll have

• A proven track record of working in Housing/Maintenance/Construction industry

• A relevant trade qualification and/or experience in relation to building maintenance and repairs

• A proven ability to diagnose/problem solve, undertake and complete work to high levels of quality and customer satisfaction

• A wet trade bias - such as plastering, ground work, painting, rendering, roof work

• A thorough understanding and commitment to health and safety

• A strong work ethic, knows what good looks like and the drive to complete work to an excellent standard without close supervision

• A willingness to undertake internal and external training courses to further develop your skills

• Is a people person with excellent customer service skills

• A valid UK driving licence and the ability to travel to our homes in the Forrest of Dean area.
