Our fantastic, thriving Estate Agency client based in Newent have a requirement for a Senior Lettings Manager to join their successful lettings team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

- Day to day running of the Lettings office.

- Conduct viewings for prospective tenants.

- Arrange and conduct property inspections for managed portfolio of properties.

- Create ingoing and outgoing property reports.

- Set up new properties to manage and conduct valuations.

- Liaise with both tenants and landlords, answering any necessary queries and following up any relevant issues.

- Work within wider team to ensure tasks are complete on time.

- Keep internal systems up to date with relevant information.

- General office duties to support your role.

Key attributes

- Previous experience with a property management/lettings role.

- Excellent organisational skills.

- Top notch communications skills- both written and verbal.

- Well presented.

Hours: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 6pm) + 1 in 4 half day Saturdays (9am - 12:30pm)

Salary: Competitive basic salary (able to disclose upon application), plus commission + company car / car allowance.
