Reprographics Officer

Salary: £100 - £130 per day

GSL Education London Branch are looking for a Reprographics Officer to join a thriving co-educational secondary school in Newham. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual to support the school’s printing, copying, and document production needs.
As a Reprographics Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality materials are available for staff and students. You will manage printing requests, maintain reprographics equipment, and provide essential administrative support.
Responsibilities of a Reprographics Officer:- Operate and maintain photocopiers, printers, and other reprographics equipment.
- Process and manage printing requests from staff efficiently.
- Ensure high-quality production of documents, booklets, and teaching materials.
- Order and monitor stock levels of paper, toner, and other supplies.
- Provide support and guidance on printing and document formatting.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure data protection compliance.
- Report any equipment faults and liaise with technicians for repairs.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role within a school or office environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
- Good IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and printing software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies.
