The School:
A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Plaistow is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join their team. The school is committed to providing a secure and supportive learning environment, ensuring that every child reaches their full potential. The Role:
- Supporting a child with challenging behaviour on a one-to-one basis.
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
- Long-term role with the potential to become permanent.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) or SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA).
- Proven ability to support children with challenging behaviour.
- A positive, proactive approach and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Available for an immediate start.
