The Neighbourhood Housing Lead will primarily focus on conducting estate inspections across our Southeast and Kent Schemes, covering areas such as Lewisham, Bexley, Dartford, Folkestone and Hythe, Gravesham, Greenwich, Maidstone, Medway, Sevenoaks, Swale, and Tonbridge and Malling.
In this role, you will:
Support the Housing Management team in delivering a reliable, consistent service for residents.
Play a key role in enhancing resident satisfaction, building trust, and ensuring residents are happy in their homes.
Serve as the main point of contact for residents in your designated area, managing approximately (Apply online only) homes, with patches aligned to local authority regions.

Have previous relevant experience.
Be able to drive and have access to a car for work purposes.
