- Prepare accurate monthly financial management reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal and statutory deadlines.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Fixed Asset Register maintenance and depreciation calculations
- Prepayments, accruals, and revenue/expense allocations.
- Various account reconciliations and intercompany transactions
- Oversee purchase ledgers for overseas subsidiaries, ensuring accurate processing and timely payments.
- Manage sales ledger cash posting and resolve queries promptly.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns, liaising with German accountants as needed.
- Assist with annual audits, internal audit procedures, and HMRC inspections.
- Formal accounting qualification (minimum AAT or part-qualified).
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel, with excellent analytical ability.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
