FPR Group are recruiting for a Compound Operative at one of the south coast's leading fragrance companies. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a great eye for detail who has a good ability to use their own initiative. This role is a temporary, ongoing position with the potential to become permanent.

Joining the factory team as a Compound Operative will provide the imperative link between the manufacturing and distribution process, making you a crucial member of the team.

Your daily duties will include the manufacturing and mixing of fragrance compounds according to the formula sheets. You will package the fragrances and perform quality check on the fragrances and the packaging ensuring a high level of accuracy. You will be expected to keep your workstation clean and tidy and you may be required to operate the filling line

Working hours Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm and 3pm finish on Fridays. 36.5 hours a week. This is subject to change; all candidates must be willing to do the late day shift if the opportunity arises.

  • Good math skills (percentages)
