We are looking for someone to join the E-commerce customer service team with an established business in Newhaven. This is a full time permanent opportunity requiring strong customer service and administration capabilities and will need someone who is good with technology such as online systems and ecommerce as well as having good numeracy and Microsoft Excel skills.
Job duties:
- Customer Service for E-Commerce business, dealing with online communications with customers around products and orders
- Liaising with internal teams and customers to problem solve returns and replacement products
- Managing any refunds for online customers
- Ensuring shipments invoiced have payments received
- Support E-Commerce team with data gathering in relation to customer queries and orders
- Support with data gathering and admin tasks such as onboarding paperwork of new retailers
- Monitor forecasts & stock levels
- Manage complaints and handle accordingly to a good resolution for the customer
Skills & experience required:
- Customer services /administration experience ideally within an office setting. Experience of E-commerce would be a strong advantage
- Very competent with online systems and technology
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Good numeracy skills

This is a full time permanent role working 39 hours per week Monday to Friday, offering £25,000 per annum starting salary.
