Salary: 105 - 125 Per day depending on experience

Are you a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for an exciting opportunity to support children in their early years? We are a vibrant and inclusive nursery school in Islington, committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners.

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant (CACHE Level 3 or equivalent) to join our supportive team. The successful candidate will:

Support the learning and development of children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to provide tailored support for children, including those with additional needs
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all children feel valued
Engage in play-based learning activities and contribute to planning and assessment
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

What We're Looking For

CACHE Level 3 Qualification (or equivalent) - essential
Experience working in an early years or primary school setting
A passion for supporting children's development and a commitment to inclusive education
Strong communication and teamwork skills
An enthusiastic, proactive, and caring approach
