Printing/Branding Operator

Location: Newhaven
Pay Rate: Starting 12.04 p/h (increasing after April)
Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts, Monday to Friday:
Early Shift: 6:55 AM - 2:55 PM
Late Shift: 2:45 PM - 10:45 PM
(Includes a 30-minute unpaid break)

The role involves setting up and operating printing equipment, matching colours and preparing printing materials. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, maintaining product quality in line with QA specifications and ensuring a smooth production flow. Maintaining health and safety standards and participating in continuous improvement initiatives are key aspects of the role.

We are looking for individuals with 1-3 years of experience in pad printing, digital printing, or laser engraving, along with a strong understanding of printing principles and procedures. Experience with a variety of printing equipment is preferred. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.
