JGA are working with a fantastic, well-known brand seeking Toolroom Designer on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the NPI Tooling & Product CAD by designing tools which will consistently produce parts with the required precision.
- To produce and review cost effective Tool Designs with internal and external Toolmakers.
- Managing and maintaining the existing customer CAD database
- Experience in SolidWorks
- Knowledge of AutoCAD Lite for designing injection mould tools.
- VisiCAD is beneficial but not required.
- Understanding of 2D drawings and ability to create 3D models.
