We a recruiting for an experienced Senior Warehouse Coordinator with a valid Counter Balance Fork Lift licence. This role is based in our clients distribution centre and is available immediately, duties will include:

  • To plan and organise all deliveries to external customers.
  • Perform all clerical duties directly related to warehouse activity (must have good PC skills) 
  • Receipt and organise all deliveries from suppliers.
  • To manage warehouse inventory levels using in house and SAP based systems 
  • Communicating with internal and external suppliers to achieve Operational requirements across the business.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensuring health and safety processes are adhered to at all times
  • Organise the deliveries and receipts of all finished products to/from the
  • Relevant customers and suppliers ensuring all the correct documentation and Quantities are supplied.
  • Organise receipt of all deliveries; ensuring quantities are correct with Corresponding paperwork.
  • Liaise with external suppliers to ensure inventory levels are maintained.
  • Organise the supply/return of pre-assembly components to production.
  • Maintain stock database with recommendations for stock control.
  • Manage recyclable and waste materials; liaise with production to ensure Minimum levels are maintained at all times.
  • Ensure counter balance lifting equipment inspections are carried out and Records maintained
