Sonic Summary

Our client is seeking a site manager to oversee the construction of a doctors' surgery and leisure complex on an existing building.
The project, valued at 14 million, is a 90-week program that requires a candidate with experience in similar projects.
Candidates should be located in Surrey or Kent, as travel to the Bromley head office within an hour to 1.5 hours is expected.
The salary ranges from 60,000 to 70,000 per annum, plus a package that includes a car allowance, fuel, expenses, and healthcare.

Our client are looking for a site manager to deliver the construction of a doctors surgery & leisure complex on an exisiting building.

There will be a visiting/site based project manager & visiting contracts manager to provide any necessary support.

This is a 90 week programme valued at 14 million

Someone Surrey or Kent based will be ideal for this client as they will be expected to travel within an hour - 1.5 of their head office in Bromley.

Requirements:

Salary is dependent on experience, ranging from 60,000 - 70,000 per annum plus package; car allowance, fuel & expenses, healthcare

There will be a 2 stage interview process, first being a teams second being on site/office based meeting.
