We have an exciting role within a creative company that work with major Brands for a Junior Studio Manager / Administrator / Office Coordinator, which is a varied role including office administration, project support, creative work and generally helping out where needed. This would suit someone with administrative or office skills and experience but with an interest in the creative side, such as qualifications in Product Design or Graphics Design / Artwork experience.

As the Office Coordinator / Junior Studio Manager your role will include:

  • Coordinating the office administration functions including - general admin, ordering / maintaining stationery and supplies, reception duties and welcoming visitors, first port of call on the phones
  • Supporting project team and designers which involves sourcing materials for projects, raising and managing purchase orders on Xero, updating Workflow Max Project Management software
  • Creative duties such as helping with the website / updates and assisting with Artwork / Graphics
  • Help the business in other areas which can include working in the workshop helping with deliveries, wrapping items for despatch, assisting with print processes

Skills & experience required:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • You’ll be someone who enjoys being busy with a varied workload, willing to help in all departments and always using initiative to problem solve and look for other things that need to be done
  • Good Microsoft office skills, ideally with previous office administration experience
  • Creative interests demonstrated through a qualification such as Product Design, Graphics, or from hobbies / passions in these areas outside of work
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail
  • Based within a local / commutable area as this is a fully office based role
