TPA Recruit, a leading specialist in engineering recruitment, is looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team in Newhaven.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and placing top talent for engineering roles across the Sussex region
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Managing the full recruitment process, from job brief to successful placement
- Using our state-of-the-art CRM system (JobAdder) to manage client and candidate interactions
About You:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in recruitment, preferably within engineering or technical sectors
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Driven to achieve and exceed placement targets
