  2. Differentiated Instruction:

    • Tailor teaching methods to meet the diverse needs and abilities of students, including those with special educational needs (SEN) or gifted students.
  3. Assessment and Feedback:

    • Design, administer, and grade assessments (formative and summative) to evaluate student understanding.
    • Provide timely and constructive feedback to support student progress.
  4. Practical Experiments:

    • Organize and oversee laboratory experiments, ensuring safety and adherence to health and safety guidelines.
    • Foster hands-on learning and curiosity through practical science activities.
Classroom Management:
  1. Behavior Management:

    • Maintain a disciplined and respectful classroom environment conducive to learning.
    • Implement behavior management strategies in line with school policies.
  2. Resource Management:

    • Manage and utilize resources, such as laboratory equipment and teaching aids, effectively.
Pastoral and Student Support:
