Crem Recruitment are working with an established local employer to recruit a Trainee Service Technician to join their Newmarket site. This is a niche role and as such full training will be given to the right candidate.
The role predominantly focuses on the repair and calibration of products to tight deadlines within an office setting, as well as undertaking all associated Admin and Customer Service duties.
Main Responsibilities:
- Planning of Service Operations
- Planning of on-site service delivery
- Promoting the services of the Company with Customers during site visits
- Communicating with CSD in Head-Office on all service-related issues
- Supporting the Service Manager and Admin Team where required
- Managing the customer calibration and service paperwork
- Monitoring and reporting work-flow of service and calibration in the laboratory
This Trainee Service Technician role requires good IT and communication skills alongside technical aptitude.
Alongside a supportive and established team, the Service Technician will have the opportunity to grow and develop in the role, with full training provided along the way.
