We are recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable asscociate to join a busy finance and Legal team. A great growing company that are well established but have growth plans for 2025 and 2026.

The role

  • We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join the team to analyse and administer financial eldgers, working with supplier and client invoices and actively communicate with our key clients.
  • Actively communicate with suppliers to request missing invoices, handle queries from suppliers regarding payments overdue invoices and statement discrepancies.
  • Other duties include cover for Finance Team as and when needed and being part of a great team looking to expand.

The candidate

  • Provicient with Excel
  • Able to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
  • Experience of Law is a huge plus.
  • Experience of accounting systems in a similar role
