You'll have an eye for detail, expertise in accounting software, and ability to handle accounts payable.The position is paying up to £30,000 with many other benefits!!!What you'll be doing:

  • Handle financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payments.
  • Reconcile bank statements and address any discrepancies.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial reporting.
  • Oversee and manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Maintain financial databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

About You:

  • Proficient in Xero or comparable accounting software.
  • Solid understanding of accounts payable and general accounting principles.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
  • Capable of prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Base salary paying up to £30,000
