The position is full-time and permanent, requiring candidates to hold a Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installations or an equivalent certification.
Applicants should have experience delivering vocational training in Electrics and be willing to work towards a PTLLS/AET qualification, which will be fully funded by the employer.
Duties include teaching learners working towards Electrical qualifications up to Level 2, ensuring engaging sessions, and monitoring student progress.
Candidates must also possess strong organizational skills, be IT literate, and have solid occupational competency as an Electrician.

Duties include:

Teach/assess learners working towards Electrical qualifications up to Level 2 within a classroom-based environment.
Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners' skills knowledge and behaviours
Monitor student attendance and progress through regular student assessment and reviews.
Provide advice and guidance to learners relating to decision making and progression.
Embedding of Maths and English into sessions.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
