We have an urgent requirement for Customer Service Advisors in Dullingham. Get a lovely opportunity to land a permanent contract and build yourself up with career progression. The ideal candidate would have 1 year of customer service advisor experience and a bit of sales experience would be a plus.
Duties include:
- Answering phone and email enquiries from Customers
- Assisting with customer delivery enquiries
- Maintaining records, producing reports, updating excel spreadsheets and electronic database
- Working Closely With the Transport Team
- Excel experience
- Administration experience
- Customer Service Advisor Experience
- Excellent communication and Organisation skills
- Excellent IT skills along with a good attitude
- Reliable with proven attention to detail
- Excellent Communication Over the Phone
- Excellent Team Leader skills
