We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our dedicated and supportive team as a Customer Service Advisor at our client’s company in Newmarket. This role forms part of the Customer Service team and will consist of processing a high level of orders per day for their largest client, along with general customer support.

This is an exciting and fast-paced role and will require great attention to detail and a calm, proactive attitude. With great business growth potential, this role has everything going for it.

As the Customer Service Advisor, you will be:

• Responding to orders raised via customer portal• Process orders through company systems on time and accurately• Assist customers general queries relating to their order• Keep CRM systems up to date • Monitor and track orders for successful delivery• Liaise with other departments and warehouse where necessary

As the Customer Service Advisor, you will have:
