  • Dealing with incoming enquiries and coordinating with suppliers and customers
  • Diary planning and engaging
  • Dealing with customers via phone and email
  • Processing enquiries and capturing and recording data
As a Customer Support Coordinator, you will have:
  • Experience of working in a busy client-based role
  • Excellent attention to detail skills and enjoy coming up with solutions
  • Confident with Computers and learning new systems (full training provided for in house systems)
  • A positive and proactive approach
  • A professional telephone manner
