We are hiring for our client who is looking for a Customer Support Agent to join their expanding team.If you are someone that enjoys being busy, speaking to people and working within a team whilst having your own responsibilities then this will be an interesting role for you. You don’t have to have come from a Bookings or Reservations role, what you will have is exemplary Customer Support skills with a high level of organisational ability, you will also be confident around IT systems. A full training programme with ongoing support will see the right person thrive in this role.As the Customer Support Agent, you will have the chance to learn new and interesting things about various destinations, products and services whilst having the chance to add value and be part of an exceptional service.As a Customer Support Agent, you will be:
  • Dealing with incoming calls and emails
  • Making accommodation and travel arrangements

  • Taking Payments
