Crem Recruitment is seeking multiple Production Operatives for a Newmarket-based employer, offering a full-time, temporary to permanent position.
The role includes duties such as operating automated production machinery, picking and packing lightweight products, and ensuring quality assurance.
The position offers an immediate start with opportunities for development within the organization.
The pay rate is £11.44 per hour, and while previous manufacturing experience is beneficial, it is not required.
Candidates will work rotational shifts from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm in one week and from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm in the following week.

Crem Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a Newmarket-based employer who is currently looking for several Production Operatives. This is a full-time, temporary to a permanent role.

This position offers an immediate start and an opportunity to develop within an organization.

Some of the duties include:

Working within a team to ensure production deadlines are met
Operating automated production machinery (full training will be provided)
Picking and packing lightweight products.
Inspect finished products for quality assurance
Maintain a clean and organised workspace

Rotational Shifts:

6:00 am - 2:00 pm Monday to Friday (week 1)
2:00 pm - 10:30 pm Monday to Friday (week 2)

Rate of pay - £11.44 per hour

Previous manufacturing experience is beneficial but not required.
